Room was clean, area was very easy to get in and out of, bed was extremely hard so we didn't sleep great but it was nice and quiet. Staff was nice, some more helpful than others. Listed as secured parking but the gate never seems to close so not really secured. Wanted to pay cash for the room, was told it was card only but when our room card stopped working another desk person asked the person ahead of us if they were paying cash or card so unsure if training is needed or clarification on policies or something.

Theresa, the bartender, made the stay great!!!

I honestly love this hotel. The staff are nice. The snacks are good. The little outdoor space is special.
-
The staff was amazing and so sweet and the room was nice and clean!
-
This place is good and affordable. I would tell one of the girls at the front desk to get off her cell phone while there are customers, otherwise it was fine.
-
Great location. Within safe walking distance to restaurants. Clean hotel but modest rooms. Nice outdoor courtyard. Friendly, helpful staff.
-
The room was very clean. Large space and comfortable beds. Convenient location.

Lovely property would stay there again. My ONLY complaint is the floor in my room was EXTREMELY slippery to the point that a friend of mine slipped and fell. Thank goodness they didn’t get hurt. I did bring it to the front desk attention. However, NOTHING was done about it except the two young ladies said they worked inform their manager. I thought once I returned from my outing it would have been taken care of but it was not. So that was a little disappointing. Other than that the room and the hotel was great.

The check in was easy and the hotel was cute. A little rough around the edges but it gave character! Everything was clean.

This was my first stay in Detroit and this hotel made it great. The room is excellent and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I would definitely return!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. OUR CARD WAS CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA $250 AND WE DID NOTHING WRONG. BEEN TRYING TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER FOR WEEKS AND HE WONT RETURN CALLS. BEWARE. THEY WILL DING YOUR CARD AND NOT RESPOND TO CALLS OR QUESTIONS

Was perfectly located for our concert at comerica, we actually ended up walking back to avoid traffic and it was quick. The room leaves much to be desired, but we weren't there to sit in a hotel and it was a clean place to sleep.

This is a lovely little hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone working there was so friendly and helpful.
-
Not the room or building coffee shop was a JOKE!!
-
Hot tub is only big enough for one person at a time, no carpet on the floor. Not what I expected
-
This is such a cute, unique place to stay! Parking makes it so easy. The bartender was so much fun! Would stay again when in town for an event for sure
-
Very cute property and public areas were very clean. Our room was clean but I’d say tub and toilet room was a bit rundown but overall clean and great space. Beds are more like doubles and small doubles but we lived our stay and would stay again for sure.
-
Welcoming art hotel with great location for good food and family fishing fun in the River off the promenade in the park.
-
This is a nicely revamped property near the site of the old Tiger Stadium and about 1.8 miles from newer Comerica Park and Ford Field. A new apartment complex is being built a couple of blocks away, which should further improve the neighborhood. So, location is good, and facility itself is solid.

This hotel was a good location for us. The room was clean and the air conditioning was great!
