nice spacious rooms

The thing that set this property apart was the staff. From the valet to the front desk to the Casino Manager to the shuttle driver who was so good to my girls....I could not get over how helpful everyone was. A special shoutout to Joe in the valet team for helping me with charging my EV.

Room was clean and quiet..all staff was great also.will visit again.

The parking area late at night was also unpleasant, with bad smells and a lot of noise. For this price, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great stay! Room was great! Venue was great!

The hotel was great. Spacious and comfortable room. The concert at the Soundboard was great. Getting drinks in the casino after the concert was difficult.

We thought our stay was great. If I had to pick at anything, the pillows are too soft. That's it. The staff was all so friendly and polite and great to deal with!

Upon arrival, the Registration Staff were very welcoming and accommodated an early check-in, offered an overview of the property and a recommendation of dining options.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Overall, the property seemed in good shape, but the carpets in the hallways had a bit to be desired. We stayed there for a conert and our bonus was there was a free shuttle to Little Caesars Arena and back!

How secure the property was, had wife and grandchildren. Very respectful staff, will stay again

It was a great time. Motor city lacks two things, live entertainment and more casual sit down dinning. It was mostly clean but some dirty areas. Staff was great
