you get comfy bed, the location is good, it's short walk to the station/city center (less than 10 minutes), it's perfect for an overnight stay, that was our second stay and we'll choose it again in the future! thanks! other guests slamming their doors..

Staff absolutely lovely! Check in and check out process very easy. Room clean. Very noisy - not the hotel’s fault someone got locked out but the noise went on for ages. Also only 1 towel provided. Shared bathroom extremely small

The location is great. You get an electric scooter and you are in the city center super fast. Staff is very nice but don't speak English that well, but did manage. * The shower was warm, and the towels smelled really good and fresh, but the bathroom needs some renovation for sure because it falls apart * The rooms have daylight temperature lights on the ceiling, like 6000 kelvin. That makes the room look very 'hospital'. Switch those for some 2300 or 2700 kelvin - normal - living room lights. That would make a MASSIVE difference, and only costs 2 euro's per room.

Easy to reach. Thin walls made it hart to sleep at night. We could understand every word of our neighbors and they were not loud. Shared bathrooms should be more clean.

Nothing I could not get the checkin machine to acknowledge my reservation. I had arrived late due to a delayed train, I tried alll the reference numbers provided and my surname but nothing worked. I literally spent the night on the streets as it was too late to get another hotel. Disgusting, I'm absolutely fuming
