Very loud outside on the main street if that's where your windows are facing. The TV was also old fashioned and not a Smart TV that supported streaming platforms.

Location was perfect. Stuff was very competent, helpful, caring. Answers all questions. Room was tidy, clean, sunny. King bed is really king. It is big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great for people with lactose free or gluten free diet. There Were many nuts, flakes, jam's, even some vegetables with arabian style dishes. Also were hamus, beans, pomegranate, arugula, tomatoes, cucumber and so on. Were many whites, and they were yammy. Stuff in restaurant was very caring. There was no kettle in the room. The refrigerator was weak. Breakfast teasty, but not so much hot dishes for people who not like pumpkin and beans, 7 from 10 for hot dishes.

The most I liked was the confort of the apartment, the spacious room for the breakfast, the breakfast itself and the location. It is a very well managed hotel. Nothing.

Very large room for the price and value. Will book again when in Dortmund, very close to the station and nearby restaurant also for late night dinner. Wish could have a gym / fitness area to train. I know there are a lot of around, however for a quick stop for travel and work would be great to relax and enjoy
