Excellent Location and very good prices. The check in system, no parking and no reception.

The check-in process was fast as all the instructions were sent beforehand. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good, within a 10-minute walk to the central station. The toom was small but more than enough for travellers who do not spend much time at a hotel and just need a bed to sleep. The bathroom was small which made taking a shower a bit challenging ? but that was not a bug issue.

All good except for the Internet. No connection on the second floor at all although it was mentioned in the description free WIFI would be provided.

Everything else It was very loud all night long. Not the hotel’s fault, but I didn’t fall asleep until like 5 AM. Not a single German person outside too?

Clean, very spacious en suite room. Quiet area (my room was facing the back of th building). All facilities were there and as described in Booking. Easy self check in and out process. Working lift, good heating and wifi signal. Good communication with the host through Booking messages. Great location; it is 3 min walk to Reinoldskirche U bahn which takes you everywhere. The shopping centre is only 5 min walk where you can find everything you want. It was a comfy stay and I shall definitely consider this hotel if I visit Dortmund again. It would be great if you consider adding a small table or at least a bedside table in the room. Also a polite note re the wall behind the small wardrobe, it is old and eaten. It would need a renovation.

Great location, easy self check in. There was no table, no chair, not even a kettle to heat water, no glass to drink water. Very inhospitable conditions for the guests. Actually there isn’t staff inside, there isn’t elementary kitchenette to get some knife or cup.

It was surprisingly clean from the price i paid 53€ / night .bathroom had almost everything you need . Check in is done by a system tool outside the hotel. there is no reception to do check in … In winter I would not suggest to go there because eventhough the heater was on maximum and worked well the room was not well isolated and didn’t get warm. Blankets were too thin for a winter stay … And i would have appreciated if there would have been some extra blankets for people who feel cold. Check in could be done only at 3 PM … Overall very good for the price ! Better than what i experienced with some higher prices !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! Everything was perfect, but what truly made my experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive - it felt like they genuinely cared about making guests feel at home. Every little detail in this hub is so well thought out. From the ability to heat up food and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at any time to the convenience of having a small fridge if needed - everything is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It’s these small but meaningful touches that create such a warm and cozy atmosphere. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel truly taken care of, this is the one. Thank you for an amazing experience! I will definitely be back.

Perfect location in centre. Easy digital check-in. We had a problem with a heating in room but we called the staff and they gave us another room which was quick and excellent. Staff are very prompt in response. ??
