Afternoon Tea was fun, death by finger sandwiches. It was so good and so filling We stayed there the night before our cruise. From the hotel it looks like you can easily walk to the ship. Don't let your eyes trick you. Either arrange transport or enjoy the walking workout.

Top location by the sea and near the ferry port. Beautiful old building with an old fashioned feel about it. Bar and restaurant on site but the town centre is very nearby if you want to wander. The bar and outside seating are very comfortable and friendly. There were six members of staff in the reception area when we were queuing to check in and only one person dealing with customers. Not great customer service. Room was basic but clean and fine.

Proximity to the ship terminal and wonderful views as well as a lovely restaurant and great gym Only one small lift available but happy to use the stairs as we were on 1st floor. No towels available in the gym as we were there before 7 am.

Close to the cruise port. Restaurant onsite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator too small. No ramps so very difficult to transport luggage in and out of faculty. Digital key did not work. Difficult to find information on where things were. TV didn’t work.

Fantastic hotel if you have an early ferry to catch. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was basic but did the job, clean and had everything we needed. Nothing.

Easy parking on street outside the hotel, free from 6pm until 8am or get permit for car park behind from reception. Very accommodating hotel, bedrooms large and comfortable, bathrooms lovely with free shampoo/ conditioner, body wash etc. Air con in rooms, nice views and very clean Nothing I didn’t like

Location, the atmosphere, the room size and great view The bed wasn't comfortable, too small and bed springs not comfortable for two people The elevator was very slow and too small The value-for-money, too expensive for what you get

The location was perfect and our room was really good There was nothing that stands out - generally we liked everything about our stay. The restaurant food was very good but the service was a little disorganised.
