The Hotel is getting a bit old! Some renovation is needed in rooms!

At first, I was impressed by the location and the beautiful view. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially Roju at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, offering a great variety of dining options. Overall, our stay was peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

The hotel is beautiful, and our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We booked one night to relax, and the facilities and overall atmosphere were exactly what we expected from a five-star property. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the hotel’s standards. During dinner, we were asked to change our table without a clear explanation, and we were surprised that no complimentary drinks, not even water, were included despite having a half-board package. Another disappointing experience was when I asked a restaurant staff member to replace the spoons because they had been placed upside down in the middle of the table and appeared to have been handled by other guests. Instead of replacing them immediately, he simply said, “It’s okay, children were playing with them.” I found this response unacceptable, as hygiene should never be compromised, regardless of whether children touched the utensils or not. He only replaced them after I insisted. We also had an unpleasant experience with the front desk when I asked if my food delivery could be held for just a minute while I came downstairs. The request was refused in an unfriendly manner. Overall, the staff need much better training in communication, professionalism, and guest service. For a five-star hotel, we expected a significantly higher standard of hospitality.

The Buffet dinner included in half board was below par, for a 3 star standard it was ok but when you stay in a hotel like Fairmont you expect a very lavish dinner set up. Probably because of the current situation in GCC, they are operating at a limited capacity but still they need to keep up with their name. otherwise the stay was good.

The welcome, the super upgrade suite everything is available and convenient. Everything was great we will come back and hopefully get the same room :-)

Amazing experience, Fairmont granted my request for a small celebratory cake for my daughter’s graduation and our wedding anniversary, food was great, facilities are perfect and staff are accommodating None
