The staff were kind and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the loud prayers from the nearby mosque were quite noticeable, especially in the early morning—it felt like an unexpected alarm. I respect the religious practices, but perhaps some soundproofing could help enhance the overall comfort. Thank you

My wife reported multiple issues, including poor cleanliness, a bathroom door that could be locked from the outside, and homeless individuals around the entrance. The listing's photos and guest reviews did not reflect the reality. They checked in around 11 PM on April 14 and checked out by 11 AM the next day—staying less than 12 hours.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The location was convenient, close to everything, nearby metro, and gold Souq is nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with historical architecture..feel like living in a heritage palace.. will come back soon Highly recommended Like everything but little narrow walk ways though its the nature of old city.

I wantbthe ambiance the knly oroblem is the AC, not so called. We are sweating too much the whole night.

There was nothing to like. The hotel is closed off and there is no way for taxi to drop of luggage. There are homeless people sleeping on benches outside at night . There is no good place to eat nearby. The building is very old and renovated but there were mosquitoes. There is no sound proofing and you can hear people talking from other rooms. No towels were provided. Provided water was at room temperature and there was no refrigerator. Overall a very bad experience.
