Pool was excelent, it is one of the best at Business bay, great for a real swim. Breakfast had many choices. People from different cultures will like it.

The rooms I stayed, a suite was really beautiful. No pool bar. Extremely rude duty manager. Nobody answers the calls from the room to room service, operator or front desk. Valet parking half the time not available. Intrusion to private data by the hotel, wanting to expel me from the hotel as I was told I complained about their services and I had drop my call and they demanded apology. They claim I disrespected them by complaining and they even called me by wrong name and justified it.

Everything was perfect, the room was so beautiful and the absolute bonus was the swimming pool which is amazing. the only slight problem was that for some reason we could not link our netflix to the TV but someone did come up to try and assist but it still wouldn't work. Could have been our issue.
