It’s near Dubai mall The room was old and the AC was not working properly. Very bad experience in the summer and with a baby!!

Nothing tbh. Maybe the view but you can stay in many other places The property was under restoration and they direct us to Address downtown. This was not acceptable as imagine you decide due to heat and some personal reason to stay at the mall and when you reach the hotel front door they say sorry move to the other other hotel. A day before check out we asked them if they can hold a box for us for 1 month and they said is okay. When we wanted to go to the airport next day they said no and disturb us. Finally one of the managers gave exception. This was not nice at all. Breakfast room and plates so smelly

Our tv was not working for first night and room dine in menu was missing I booked with a king size bed and I was surprised with tow single beds

If you pay that much money you deserve to be treated at that level . But unfortunately they treated us as we were staying at a cheap budget hotel. Never such thing happened during my previous stays at big affluent segment hotel chains . This was my last at Address Hotels

Location Music was load all night. Even after midnight. Windows are not sound proof. Could hardly sleep.

The location and vibes how it is cozy is just perfect, it is not my first time to stay at this hotel. The reception guy wearing a glasses worked in the night shift in the 14th of February was rude to me and need to be educated and trained how to deal with people. I have simply and friendly way asked him about my arrangement of valentine have it been registered in my room bill or not then in a very weird voice he replied back if you asked for it then it is counted in your bill ! I was with my wife and 2 years old kid and i was shocked about his attitude then i ignored him and walked away. Moreover, the hotel was having alot of flies inside the room.
