Night Receptionist man way of talking was not good. He must be know that how to talk with guest. He must be know that guests are not staying free

Furniture very old smelly rooms, I've stayed in 2016 and did it again in 2026. Nothing changed , ? no any refurbished, no renws anything. The hotels need another renewing

Noting There is a insect, there is an excessive sound, they never help, they are lied, they say there is no empty room. There is a Pakistani music bar downstairs at night and he never shuts up, he sleeps at night. When he said change the room, he said no, when he said refund, he said no. I SAID I’LL JUST CALL THE POLICE ENOUGH, THEN THE ROOM HAS CHANGED, DON’T PREFER

Dirty rooms, smell, cockroaches, extremely difficult parking facilities. The worst hotel in Dubai.

No response from the hotel at all. After booking the reservation.. I had change in plans, and I wanted to call and see if they can cancel or reschedule. Unfortunately, they didn’t answer any calls or replied to any messages, which reflected a very low level of customer experience and hospitality.

The Location was very good. The staff were exemplary and helpful. The rooms were clean and the Beds were comfortable.

Location is good near Union and Al rigga metro stations, restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance, Cockroach walking all around in the washroom, carpet look like they never ever clean, bad smell in the room. Broken wooden beds, this hotel should be a 2 star only.

It’s pool. Non functional tv and cup board and safe (vault) not properly maintained
