Varmamita from the restaurant took an extra mile to assist us during our stay. My son was not feeling well on our second day and Varmamita made sure that my son gets to eat his dinner in our room instead of the restaurant. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.

I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Iryna Laputs. She made my stay truly exceptional. She was always smiling, incredibly kind, respectful, and highly professional. She serves every guest with enthusiasm, as if it were her very first day on the job, and her positive attitude is truly inspiring. My experience with her alone was worth so much, and I believe she is one of those rare people who naturally make guests feel valued and welcome. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning again. The towels were smelly and they looks overused

The location is perfect with easy access to major attractions and the metro, making it convenient to explore the city, overall facilities were well maintained. What truly made the stay memorable was the exceptional service, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Conrad to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely stay here again.

Swimming pool

All the STAFF were super amazing and very freindly and supportive . The location and the view was not that good since it looks at very small buildings . The bathroom is very nice with the bathtub . Restaurant food is ok , but needs a bit improvment . The pool had so many children . They need to consider a pool for children and one for adults . But overall , thank you for the stay

The location was very apt for me as it was closer to great food options, and central to major attractions. Away from the traffic around Dubai marina. Food options were decent, but being a 5 star I expected a little more options in terms of world cuisines. Just 2-4 cuisine options were available

I would like to thank Ms. Buket for her warm welcome and hospitality towards all hotel guests. Her excellent manner played a significant role in making me feel comfortable at the hotel. She is a truly wonderful employee. Is it possible to change the furniture in the living room and the sofas because they smell very unpleasant and are somewhat old?

The pool is really good. It is like a lagoon in the middle of the city

The quality of the rooms, the comfy beds and the cofee machines The buffet diner was so bad i could not believe it , they should honestly close it The breakfast was very disappointing, cannot blame the low occupancy, raffles or atlantis are ten times better, this will be the last in conrad dubai We try to support the hotels in this tough time and they treat the customers very cheaply

Beautifully designed interiors, central location and spacious front entrance. No bathtub in the suite.

Everything was good including staff and hospitality. food spread for dinner and breakfast was worse than 3star hotel. Quality was good, only of the minimum options available.
