I like the new room I got the next day. It's not soundproof so the noises from the hallway or from mosque is very audible. There are a lot of bird poo outside the window (and outside the lobby). Birds also would stay near the window.

The staff were amazing , I had long stay in this hotel for 2 weeks and I felt pampered. They cared for my comfort and happiness , always checking up on me and making sure all my needs are met , they even helped me pack and fold my clothes. Special shoutout for Amana for her hospitality and Suhas for being my local guide. The food was good but lacked the international dishes and they didn’t have a breakfast buffet .

TV was not working in almost rooms The bed is not comfortable the mattress is very bad

almost nothing, just the cleaning was not bad the location was awful, 2 night club was inside of hotel so the vibe of hotel was so bad specially at night was not at all safe even to go out , so noisy , the room of hotel i guess also was per night renting for people that use club as it was so noisy till 4,5 am we could not sleep at all , is so far from any metro station, the hotel doesn’t have parking slot regardless they wrote here the parking is available , the stuff were so rude to answer any questions , the city tax they charge is more than other hotels and there is no breakfast available just they serve in ur room so simple basic breakfast and they charge more than its value , i don’t recommend at all

First they said your booking not confirmed after that they let me wait more than hour

Landline service was not working , was having a difficult time to even get a water bottles

Its not comfortable and its not clean too much noisy

This is an old building that its 3rd and 4th floors are recently renovated. Since I was not sure about the room quality, I tried to check the room prior to chek-in. They showed me a clean and new room in 4th floor but gave me later on a room in floor 2: very very bad room, so noisy They cheated me, hotel is a single star hotel, not more, a very noisy disco that disturbs you till 3am, very unfriendly staff.

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Continent Hotel in Deira. The hotel is well located and offers good value, but what truly made the difference was the staff. I would especially like to thank Taskeen and Dimpal. Both of them were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and assisted me whenever I needed anything. Their positive attitude and hard work did not go unnoticed. In fact, I decided to extend my stay specifically because of the excellent service I received from them. It’s rare to find staff who care this much about guests, and they truly represent the hotel in the best possible way. Thank you for a great experience — I would happily stay here agai There is no parking.

Overpriced just taking advantage of someone who is new in the country.

Nothing .worst property ever in my life I had a very bad experience with the front desk staff. When I booked the room, I selected the option for free parking as a priority, and based on that selection, this hotel appeared in the results. However, when I reached the hotel, they informed me that there was no parking available. Moreover, the behavior of the staff was very unprofessional and disappointing
