One of the biggest advantages is its direct connection to Mall of the Emirates, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It is also just steps away from Ski Dubai, which is perfect for families and anyone looking for a unique experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The freshly baked croissants were a highlight—they were served warm and tasted amazing. I would also like to give special recognition to the manager, Wafaa, for her professionalism, dedication, and commitment to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. I highly recommend Kempinski Hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit Sofa bed not comfortable

The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to the pool area staff, who were always welcoming, friendly, and supportive. They were attentive and quick to assist whenever needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Nothing significant. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Location was perfect Room was spacious and clean Bed was comfortable Breakfast was disappointing, small place no varieties It’s not a breakfast of a five star hotel Also power shut down two nights for almost 5 hours starting from midnight was really frustrating

Very good Unfortunately last night was difficult electricity and the AC was stopped and in addition to that the emergency lights were on we couldn’t sleep at all from 1:00 to 6:00 am
