The only issue I noticed was that the hallways and the swimming pool area often smelled like cooked food. It would improve the guest experience if the hotel provided air fresheners or enhanced the ventilation from the lobby through the hallways. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

The staff are so nice! They upgraded my room and send me compliementary cake as I’ve checked in on my birthday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed by the service. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to the security team, when my son lost his eyeglasses, they acted promptly and were able to locate them in the lost & found, which we really appreciated. The all-inclusive experience definitely met our expectations, with food and drinks conveniently available in multiple areas across the hotel. Everything was well-organized and easily accessible, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We had requested a room on a higher floor; however, only smoking rooms were available on the higher floors, while our preference was for a non-smoking room. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and all the facilities and amenities were available and well-maintained. Overall, our stay was beyond our expectations, and we had a very pleasant experience. The swimming pool timing was not convenient for guests, as it was closed from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This is normally one of the peak periods during the day when guests prefer to spend time by the pool, especially during hot weather. Unfortunately, the pool being closed during this period caused inconvenience and affected the overall guest experience.

We attended an event there and decided to stay for a night with the whole family. We appreciate Saurav of Banquet team who really assisted my family during the event. The reception tried to give us a room all in the same floor. The AC is cold which my son loves it. The check in process takes time more than 15-20mins (knowing that we have kids and infant with us), we didn't feel welcome when we arrived, we need to ask for a trolley to unload our things then when we got the trolley, we were asked to remove it or placed it aside as they need the trolley. We didn't finish our check in yet. They mentioned that there is mini bar in the room which they don't really have. There were dust in the mini bar area, not so clean toilet bowl. The DND and Make up room button is broken. We requested for a toothbrush before we arrived at the venue, nothing has been placed which i need to call operator to ask them to place it in my room.

The staff during our check-in time. We wait for almost 1 and 1/2 hours before we have the room. Hospitality little bit poor that time in which did not meet our expectations. Facilities some is not available.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and overall the hotel offered great value for money. Nothing significant to mention. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to provide a wider variety of breakfast options

I had a very bad experience during my stay. The staff claimed that I had opened and consumed a minibar whisky bottle and informed me that it was chargeable. However, I had taken photos of the room and minibar before checkout for my own records and safety. After I showed the photos, it was confirmed that the charge was incorrect, and my deposit was refunded. I do not wish to mention the staff member’s name, as I do not want this issue to affect her job. However, I strongly request the hotel to ensure such incidents do not happen again, as they can negatively impact the hotel’s reputation and guest trust.

Restaurants in the building -Asking for deposit but takes time to reimburse it. -the staff who checked me in approved i can stay til 2pm Then the morning staff ask me to vacant the room before 1?.

The worst check in ever. I've got room at 5pm and they called me the next day at 12pm for check out.

Location. The reception’s ac was very poor especially during our check in. The staff were nice and kind but the check in process was so slow that it took us almost an hour lining up when we were actually just 4th on the line when we arrived. It could have been a pleasant stay since we were upgraded to Junior Suite from Superior King room but our 1 night stay was ruined by the event at Boracay restaurant. We stayed in the 4th floor and the Boracay event was at the 6th floor. We were not able to sleep until 3am due to the loud music and vibrations coming from there. We just got an extended stay for 3hrs as a consolation to this.
