Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is modern, with complete amenities, and is within walking distance to both the World Trade Centre metro and the Museum of the Future. The customer service is exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Zakariya and the rest of the team for being so polite and helpful. When I needed to extend my stay, they even came up to my room to handle the payment so I didn't have to go down to the lobby. Will definitely come back!

It was relaxing to be here in the room. The pool was not crowded at all and the lifeguard is quite pleasant and friendly with my kids. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. Very good value for money so we will definitely return. None.

The receptionists that were there when I checked where asking for security deposit where it was not mentioned anywhere when I booked the room. Not only that, they were ignorant to the fact that I was waiting in the reception area for more than an hour, not attentive and demanding deposit after I have arrived to the hotel, or else I cannot go to the room. I have been to endless hotels in my life and I can comfortably say that this was the most terrible experience. Oh! And they said that the security deposit can only be received after 14 days! I'm thinking.. was the security deposit used for something else? Or are they benefiting from the security deposit, and is that aligned with the law? I wonder.. Overall never going there again.. The only good thing was the Turkish restaurant in the ground floor and the concierge guys.. they were very helpful. The receptionists that were from Egypt.. I cannot remember their names but I know that they were Egyptians from their accent. I'd personally rate them zero when it comes to hospitality.. with all due respect to everyone else.. but the way they treated me was unacceptable whatsoever.

The room is spacious and bright with lots of sunshine in the morning. Very quiet at night. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are no slippers in the room.

We had an amazing stay at Rose Executive Hotel - DWTC. The staff were very approachable, kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. We appreciated how responsive and respectful the staff were whenever we needed assistance. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, including the washroom which was spotless and organized. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and peaceful. The only minor suggestion we have is that we hope the hotel can upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs in the future for a better entertainment experience.
