Nothing I am extremely disappointed with my stay and the poor handling of my complaints. The AC in my room has not been working properly. I requested assistance 5 times, and after repeated follow-ups, a technician finally came and informed me that the issue is from the main AC unit on the roof. Since then, nobody has contacted me or provided any update or solution. In addition, the reception number is constantly busy, making it very difficult to get assistance. Room service also failed to provide the items I requested. To make matters worse, I even found a dead cockroach in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. I expect this matter to be addressed immediately and would appreciate a proper resolution as soon as possible.

Location 1- Old furniture and smelly (although I have changed the room) 2- No Valet parking! 3- A/C not cooling very good (changed the room twice) 4- the phones (internal communication system) are not working and there are no direct way to contact the room service or reception. (only by watsapp and they are not responsive.

The suite had a bad smell. I informed the reception, they sent me room service with air freshener. This covered the smell but didn’t resolve the reason. 30 min later, smell was obvious again. I tried lunch, it was overpriced for the quality and taste.

Smell really bad even a non-smoking rooms I had requested non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room and I had to request to change it the second day Food was not up to expectation

Location It’s more likely you are at your grandpa and grandma’s house. Its very old furniture and floors are not stable. Shower is very week you can barely take a shower and it will take time to get rid of the soup :) Wooden Floor area is full of unremoved glow and not cleaned. I thing they need to renovate everything to look like its DUBAI and its 2025

The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities and attention to detail. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, restaurants, and transport, which made everything very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
