Excellent place , nice people especially food section Manager Mr. Nasim & Ruth both are superb. Must visit this place at least once. We are looking forward to to come back to this place.

The rest staff is friendly and helpful as well. But miss Grace won my heart. She was genuinely caring and made me feel truly welcome. She treated me to warm cookies, chose the best room for me, and supported me throughout my entire stay. She made me feel special and valued. That’s exactly why I’ll definitely be coming back. ?

Clean and comfortable hotel. The staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast are tasty. We had spacious rooms with a large bathroom and guest bathroom many wardrobes and space for luggage, a small kitchen and a fridge. Everything was cozy and convenient. There is also a gym and a pool with pleasantly cool water, which was perfect in Dubai’s heat. When we arrived, there was a problem with the hot water, but the staff fixed it very quickly. To apologize for the inconvenience, they gave us complimentary sweets and were very attentive throughout our entire stay.

Great location in Business Bay, very close to Downtown and Dubai Mall. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Hte hotel is under refurbishment and guests cannot access the front of the hotel.

Everything begin from the location leading up to the staff's behavior I didn't like that there was no area or TV channels to watch the Fifa World Cup if you can upgrade the tv channels that will be good
