Me alojé en este hotel especialmente porque tenía parque de agua y toboganes de agua. El primer día me entero que mi hijo no puede ingresar por restricciones de altura (no llegaba por 2 cm y no lo dejaron subir y antes de hacer la reserva busqué si mencionaba algo al respecto sobre la altura y no decía nada tanto en booking como en la página del hotel). Claramente no hubiese elegido este hotel, por lo que es importante mencionarlo para los que tienen hijos. Fue muy desilucionante para mi hijo.

Love the ease of check in and the room was so clean and presentable The gym was hard to access and required you leaving the hotel and walking outside, then you needed to wait for the gym to send the lift down to you.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was just as enjoyable as our first. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent. The waterpark was superb and provided great entertainment for our children, who absolutely loved every moment. The bathrooms are dated and could do with some renovation. The shower water pressure also wasn’t very good, especially when using hot water. Other than that, everything else was great.

The staff were exceptional overall, especially the restaurant staff. Great options to relax for parents and kids. The water park is great and perfect sized for small kids. The access to the hotel is not great due to road works. There is also construction noise due to some towers coming up.

Exceeded beyond my expectations, everything is perfect the moment you went inside, from the staffs, always assisting you, smiling and very considerate. Place is overall perfect, my kid enjoyed it so much, the only thing i can say is 1night stay is not enough as the place has so many things to do and 24hrs is not enough to explore all their facilities. Amazing place, im looking forward to be here again. Not a single thing, its a 10/10 hotel for me. Spectacular place and you are treated very well. Rooms are huge and elegant too.

The staff's manners were excellent, the room was very clean and the facilities provided for us were excellent, breakfast and dinner were excellent. there were no other recreational facilities other than the water park and pool.
