The exceptional, highly competent staff. The room exceeded my expectations and had all the necessary equipments and resources.

Location Staff, receptionist Safa & one filpino working in morning shift, they are so unprofessional. If we call them, to ask about anything like vallet parking ticket or any complaints about room they reply so rudely, if you want anything come to reception and shuts the phone. They always recommend the customers to book direct through hotel, not through booking.com to get cheaper rates. Other thing the vallet car parking staffs, don’t work professionally Egyptian & Africans, when we give them vallet ticket, each one force another to bring car. When the car arrives, the Egyptian staff forces us to pay tips. The hotel is so nice & beautiful, but staff needs to be change for the reputation of hotel & customers satisfaction.

The only good thing about the hotel was the view, as we booked a room with a balcony overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Also, the restaurant staff were very kind. The reception staff were not friendly, and the security guards standing in front of the hotel were also very impolite they never greeted or said hello. The floor in the room was extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. On the first day, I walked barefoot and my feet turned black from the dirt. The bathroom had a terrible smell that spread throughout the room, and even though there was a bathtub, it was impossible to relax because of the odor. On Booking it says the hotel has an “excellent breakfast,” but I strongly disagree the breakfast was very basic and 90% of the dishes were Indian food. There is also a nightclub in the hotel, and the music was extremely loud until 2–3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, there was a lot of traffic noise from the street even with the windows closed.

It was a great hotel nearby dubai mall and the burj khalifa park. The hotel it self is an ancient type, and a great business type of a room. Services in the reception and valet is amazing. They need to keep a FIRST AID KIT, its a must. I had a small injury in the bathroom as I slip on the bath tub but no simple medical help even just a band aid or betadine. Less customer care.

This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because the room had extremely poor sound insulation. It was unbearably noisy — the sound from the nightclub/bar went on all night! I even paid an extra 150 to upgrade to a room with a Burj Khalifa view, but it was a complete disappointment. Absolutely terrible experience! This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because the room had extremely poor sound insulation. Only location The room wasn’t clean sofe has spots clearly you can see it telephone wasn’t working. I had to call them from my cell phone to ask for Order and they already confirmed them. I wanted to reception and I informed the guy in the evening the day I arrived that the telephone is not working and he said, I will send someone from the maintenance, but no one camethe other day in the morning. I spoke again to the reception from my telephone and I told them about the phone is not working and I couldn’t ask for any food from the room service. also, the breakfast was coming, not fresh the bakery wasn’t fresh at all.
