We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort. The location is excellent, with direct beach access and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job every day. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The meals offered a good variety of fresh, high-quality food, and the pool and beach facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire Sheraton team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back! There wasn't anything significant to complain about.

The breakfast buffet is worth the money. It had just about everything. I do not remember seeing any pork products, but that is not unusual for Dubai. The hotel fronts on the main tourist beach and has a very nice pool. The JBR strip pretty much ends near the Sheraton, so you need travel only one direction to find almost anything on the main Dubai tourist beach. I lived on JBR for years. I knew exactly what I was getting when I chose the Sheraton JBR. The only thing that was not up to par was the pillows. There were a lot of them, but there are a lot of pieces of cheese in a pack, too. Stacking a lot of flat things only gets you somethiing that's still pretty much flat.

THE location right at the heart of JBR the hotel is clean the pool is clean too with a wonderful child pool it is a beachfront property thank you for recognising my wifes birthday and seeing the staff sing her a happy birthday song touched our hearts nothing

The room was broken starting with the door handle till cabinets light And the housekeeping was bad keeping the room messed up till next day The night shift manager was so rude The pool restaurant waiters was very rude also Worst experience ever in dubai although I stayed before there and it was nothing like this
