The studios are beautifully designed, very well-appointed, and provide a comfortable, home-like environment. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Everyone at the reception was incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely joyful. They were so welcoming and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to the entire team for their help in organizing a wonderful surprise for me in our room—it was a truly magical moment that I will treasure. Thank you for your warmth and hospitality. We had a fantastic time, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Dubai!

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gian when I locked myself out of the safe, one WhatsApp message and they were up to help me. Great location 12 min walk to brew house or a short taxi ride.

I really loved the location, just a few minutes' ride to the Dubai Mall and taxi are easy to get to and from the location. There is a pharmacy across the street and the best mini mart down stairs 2 doors from the lobby. Staff are courteous, and booking was a breeze. There is a 24-hour front desk with ample security. I travel for work so it wasn't great to be in Dubai after 28th February. The host tried to reach out often to ensure I had what I needed and make sure I was ok.

I stayed at this hotel for 1.5 months, and overall my experience was positive mainly because of the staff. The team was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive throughout my stay. Whenever I needed assistance, they were always helpful, flexible, and very understanding. For the staff, my rating is definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5). They truly made a difference. I want to emphasize that my 5-star appreciation goes specifically to them for their excellent service and professionalism. There are a few areas that could be improved. The sound insulation was not very good. Some neighbors were quite noisy, and the construction next door could be clearly heard from the room. Additionally, the bathroom sink drainage was inconsistent — sometimes it worked properly, sometimes it did not.

Construction nearby so noisy even 5 am in the morning, not fault of the property but cant stand after a few days! Far from metro and downtown; area not walkable, had to use taxi all the time. Dirty coach need dry cleaning.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The hotel’s location is another big plus — convenient, quiet, and close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation, which made getting around very easy. The common areas were elegant and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and upscale. What truly stood out was the level of service. The staff were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or handling requests quickly and efficiently. I have extended my stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant stay!
