We really like this hotel, the location is excellent, very close to the beautiful beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The room was clean and we had enough space for two persons, a mattress and pillows were comfortable, so we slept very well. The breakfast was very good, the meal was fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly. We totally enjoyed our staying ?

The hotel is OK, and in good location. The staff was rude and patronizing. One evening we had dinner in the hotel and somebody from our group got severe food poisoning.

Beds are small and uncomfortable (too hard). The room temperature is too hot, and it can’t be adjusted—only turned off. The jacuzzi doesn’t work, which is very important for me to relax after a long day. If I had known the jacuzzi wasn’t working, I would have canceled the reservation. The location is too far from the Old Town. Hotel is not worth the money spent.

The room temperature was uncomfortably high, making it very difficult to sleep at night. We informed the hotel staff, but unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved. The air conditioning had not yet been switched to cooling mode (March), and despite turning the heater off, it continued to blow warm air into the room.

The hotel is very big, we get room on the highest floor landscaping to pool and the sea. Free wifi, big parking at the entrance. We eat everyday rich breakfast, I think the richest in all Balkan countries that we visited so far. Luka the receptionist was very nice and helpful Highly recommend to stay in this hotel ?

The hotel is as advertised, friendly staff, very helpful reception, great pool and spa. There’s a construction site next to the hotel and jackhammer noises at 8am is not what I would like to wake up to. I have it on video. Secondly, I was charged €100 more than my booking.com reservation, no explanation given.

Great location with a sea view. Lots of restaurants options close by. It is much better than staying in the old city. A quiet & peaceful location for a good nights sleep.

Hotel very well organized, top location, clean area. Most valuable that you have in your hotel is "Stuff SMILE"...When I came to the guest relations desk, I guess Guest service lady was absolutely amazing...big smile welcoming me to the hotel, explaining everything I need to know...In addition she provided me breakfast pocket for early morning...Outstanding work for all and big congratulation to GM. Location to water and many restaurants. Also excellent air conditioning. Room was slightly smaller than I expected but still comfortable. And a bit on the expensive side.

Grand Hotel Park has very friendly staff, the location is beautiful and convenient. Had a lovely stay.
