Not much to complain about really.

Breakfast buffet was not adequate for 3 star hotel . Breakfast buffet .

We enjoyed the great location, the restaurant and thought the staff - both hotel and restaurant - were great. We especially connected with Barbara at the front desk. We also enjoyed having a balcony to access the outdoors from our room. A black hand-sized washcloth would be a great addition to the bathroom for removal of makeup or other"dirty" actvities.

Great location, hotel staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful No parking

Fabulous location away from the Old City crowds in an area on the Lapad promenade where you can walk, take dips in the Adriatic Sea, and dine at a few cafes scattered along the way. Bus stop is only a few blocks away and bus came every 15 minutes for Old Town. If you purchase the Dubrovnik Pass for the city wall walk it includes bus fare. Also, some great restaurants in walking range from hotel. Calmer here No amenities such as shampoo, conditioner or lotion. TP holder was broken and housekeeping never bothered to fix it. Only one bath towel and hand towel available. When arrived, waiter from their restaurant was sitting in for reception and did not know much about checking us in. Later I came down to ask a question and there was no one at reception and I had to go into the restaurant and find someone to help me. Reception throughout seem to be their only to man the desk. Not that helpful. A basic bones property.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The area had plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the bus to Dubrovnik Old Town was easy to catch from nearby. We also had a relaxing dinner at the hotel restaurant-good food and a peaceful atmosphere. A perfect spot to unwind while exploring Dubrovnik.

Lovely hotel with a nice local vibe. Loved the balcony. Comfy bed.

The location close to the beach on a promenade where there is lots of restaurants. Great balcony on rooms on the 4th floor. Barbara at the reception is very helpful and sweet. Nothing

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was very welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. The atmosphere felt warm and pleasant from the moment I arrived. A solid choice if you’re looking for a cozy and friendly place to stay. Would definitely consider coming back!

Superb location for beach (approx. 50m away) and many places to eat, nice cafes. Room was a double/twin with balcony that had partial sea view. Facilities in the room were good, always clean and presentable. Breakfast choice OK, but basic. Fruit, cheeses, meat, orange juice, croissants. Fried eggs and omelettes. If you prefer something more substantial and bigger choice, then you can go to a nearby cafe or restaurant. The breakfast was good for the price (included in the booking). Staff were brilliant. Very polite and happy. Particular mention to Barbara and Vid on the Reception desk. They were very helpful, happy and generous with their time and all my questions. The hotel is small with only 25 rooms and very quiet at night as it is located near a pedestrian only area. No vehicle noise at all. This was in Mid April. It may be slightly nosier in the Summer months. It's about 5 minutes walk to nearest bus (number 6) to go to Old Town. This takes about 20 minutes depending on traffic. Just be prepared for a lot of people trying to board with no queue system. Tickets are cheaper in the nearby kiosks. It was all good.
