Location great. Room needs brighter lighting… very difficult to read in room. Hall rug needs stretching. Breakfast wonderful. Pool excellent! Front desk very accommodating!

The staff was nice, the bed and pillows were nice as well. The rooms are older and need to be updated. Especially the bathrooms. The TV is basic, the breakfast was even more basic. If you enjoy listening to conversations from another room, then this is your fit. They werent loud either. I heard the phone buzzing as well. The location was great for what I needed it to be. Probably will try another hotel

Wasn't as clean as I would have expected in a Holiday inn Express I don't think it was necessarily dirty I just think it's an old building there were stains in the shower and the carpets marked the cleanest especially in the hallways The Staff was very helpful and friendly The breakfast selection was amazing I would let people know that there's really nothing open in the town after 9:00 I arrived late I wasn't able to shop for any dinner or groceries or anything

I was just impressed with the kindness I was giving. The front desk staff were just kind. I was leaving my youngest at college and it was harder than I thought, they were very enduring

Went down to the front desk and she was aware that it wasn’t working- offered me a fan. I requested a refund. Hotel smells like pure mildew all the way throughout. They need to hire more people, poor lady working there was trying to maintain the front desk and help guests. She was in tears!!!

We were traveling to Michigan to explore Mackinac Island and needed a place take a break overnight. The Hotel worked out great and we were able to have a great evening!!

A full selection of items were served for breakfast such as eggs, sausages, cinammon rolls, fruit, pancakes, etc.

Clean efficient room. Very good breakfast with much choice and kept clean.

Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and spacious. The Breakfast had a variety of healthy choices. The staff was quite helpful. The location was ideal for our visit there. The pool was clean with plenty of towels. The only negative was that the hot tub was being serviced and we couldn’t use it.
