Sheraton Duluth Hotel

Very clean, good size room, very comfortable

The front desk asked if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed. I wanted it emailed, but I didn’t receive it.

Great location.

Parking situation is very poorly explained and set up. The street markings out front appear to show that you can’t pull up, stop or unload at the main lobby door, and there’s seemingly no concierge. The actual parking garage is on the far side of the block on a one way system, we had to go around twice before we were able to identify the correct access point. Then - the walk just to the lobby to check in, with luggage, is about 300 yards via a bridge, another locked bridge with an intercom, down an elevator, then through a basement. Really terrible arrival experience. After all this the bathroom was grubby, hair stuck to the walls in the shower. Incredibly disappointing for $400 per night. Would not recommend at all.

Room was fine, beds were awful. Hard and any movement was noticed. Fine if you're sleeping alone, not great if you're sharing a bed

301 restaurant. Always noisy Kids running down the hallway yelling.

Clean and newly renovated

The stay was nice. Couple of problems… when we checked in, there were no carts available and once we lugged our bags up to our room, I had to return to lobby to have the staff activate the the card that failed to open my room door. The day of departure, our key card was disabled before we checked out. It was 10:30 and when I mentioned this to the front desk, the fella said, “You do know checkout IS noon?!” I responded with a “Yes, I realize that.” “That’s why we are trying to get back into our room.” So, this isn’t so much about the stay, but rather the staff and their level of professionalism and proficiency.
