Good breakfast and clean rooms

Minimal nearby restaurants. To few staff with little local information

Enjoyed the hot tub the evening I checked in. The breakfast was a typical continental, but all fresh stuff and tasty. Staff was excellent, building clean, and we really liked the room. Will use again when in Duluth.

Very nice hotel. Very good breakfast. They even started breakfast at 3:30 for the marathon. They had a bus to drop marathon runners to the nearest pick up location. Excellent hotel. Very good

Very nice rooms and beds. The pool area could have a little more to it but that’s it.

The hotel is an aged Country Inn & Suites turned Sleep Inn. It shows it age and wear here and there throughout but it's okay. The breakfast was the usual free breakfast. Food made in some warehouse somewhere and slapped out for travelers. It's fine. Front desk employees were okay but one guy had ear buds in and always seemed to be talking to someone and not paying attention to guests. Price was way high.

Location The facilities are poorly maintained. There are many amenities that are out of order or broken.

The last couple times I stayed here the windows were filthy with dead flys and lady bugs. The last stay the windows were covered with so much soap streaks you could not see spirit mountain.

Only issue was ice machine on 3rd floor was not working. However everything else was great - the beds were fantastic - so comfortable I had 2 great sleeps. Breakfasts were very good also.
