Clean, convenient. Large spaces. Decent breakfast. Nice pool.

Hotel failed to have a room clean at check-in time. We weren’t able to wait so walked out and drove 3 hours home after attending our scheduled event. Very disappointing experience and a first for us at our age. We are in our 70’s

Our room now not really clean. There were small bits of trash under the night stand (example, plastic bottle cap) and on the bathroom floor (hair and bits of tissue). Also hair in the shower. We understood that they were full, and we were tired from hiking, so stayed anyway.

The location and the mattress. Breakfast was poor, not much going on for people that don’t eat pork.

I liked the location mostly. The reception mixed up our request from needing a room with a roll in shower for wheelchair to giving us a hearing aid room. We called them prior to sort the rooms and was told everything is set yet we arrived to different room them what was said on the phone. Also they charged a pet fee to a service dog that was wearing his credentials and vest.

House keeping did not show up for 2 days, beds were not made, outside construction, small room for the price, breakfast ran out of some items

You don’t see the serve anymore! We were greeted by Pedro & Markica with so much friendliness and energy! They showed me the value to be a Hilton Rewards member. They told us about the breakfast that they will have ready for us when we leave, we told them we came up for a fishing trip and would be leaving before they have the breakfast open. They went over and beyond to pack some snacks for us and had it ready for us that night. The beds were way too hard. I know you can’t make everyone happy and most likely a cost savings to go hard because it last longer with heavier gauge springs. Humans are not boards, we have curves in our spine. Harder is not better it only saves the company money. If it wasn’t for the outstanding service from Pedro & Markiea we would not consider ever coming back and the review would have looked differently. Hilton should know better! Do your research, this is the only thing you should be great at is the comfort of your beds. Very disappointed.

The staff member that checked us in was great! That’s as far as great goes though. There was construction on the service road to get into the hotel parking lot so the road was dirt and full of pot holes. Would have been nice to have a heads up on that especially considering the construction crew started working at 7am on Saturday and we could hear it in our room. The room walls and ceiling are very thin. We could hear the guests above us walking and talking as well as other guests passing our room in the hallway. Could also hear other guests showers run above us. The view from the rooms are either the parking lot or the road, neither of which are ideal. As soon as we entered the hotel our phone service diminished and in order to connect to WiFi we had to signup for Hilton honors, otherwise we received a notification we could be charged for wifi services if we didn’t signup. Not what we expected from a Hilton hotel and would not return.

It was clean and quiet. The room finishes and furniture are basically a dorm room. Breakfast was typical.
