Landlady very pleasant, helpful, room was spacious bed was comfy, decor nice, toilets were spotless, hot water shower , The only thing that was out of place was the toilet was out of your room and across the landing,

Just came back from a really great 2-week stay at the Dolphin Inn hostel. Perfect Dunbar location just a few blocks from the ocean with a view of the sea from the bedroom window. Minutes to the train station, with 30 minutes or so to Edinburgh. Exceptionally clean facilities with a full kitchen and simple breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the room lovely and cosy. All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. I’d highly recommend a stay at the Dolphin Inn as the perfect Scottish home away from home.

Close to train station and to all the activities around Dunbar. Historic property thoughtfully updated with a mid-century vibe.

It was a peaceful, quiet stay. Close to everything. And a short walk to the train station, very convenient. I thought everything was fine, I had no problems with the property at all.

I loved the location, only a 4 minute walk from the train station. The room and bathroom were very clean! Staff were so friendly. It had such a cozy, homely atmosphere. The bed was too stiff for me and the pillow was very flat.
