The restaurant and its staff were excellent There was a 10 inch crack in the bathroom floor in my hotel room 103

Big spacious room Clean Missing a heater to warm the room up... the fitted room blower was not adequate

The room was a handicapped room which we did not ask for, nor need. The bed was 2 twin beds put together and very uncomfortable. We did not rest well at all. The Sweet Chestnut restaurant was not good.

Near to the park and ride to Edinburgh. The main bed was comfortable. Poor breakfast, the did not have coffee, did not restock the juices and did not offer discount to our breakfast fare. The bathtub was clogged and the bathroom poorly cleaned.

Simple accommodation for what we needed when visiting friends nearby. The staff were friendly and were able to resolve the issues we had with our room. We paid for a family room for 2 adults and 2 children but there was only a double and a single bed with no bedding on arrival. The manager did resolve but waiting around at post 10pm with small children isn't ideal. The room only had 1 bath towel for the 4 of us. Again quickly resolved. The bathroom was not clean, the toilet needed a deeper clean.
