Within walking distance of downtown durango, minutes from the durango/Silverton train.

This was a happenstance stay due to car trouble. A true silver lining. We had a wonderful suite to relax in when not exploring Durango and MilionDollar highway to Silverton and Ouray.

This property is very decent if you want more of a hotel/apt. The staff was very nice and the unit was functional and well stocked. It had a great bed. It's easy walking distance to Main St. and downtown Durango. The living room decor is very dark and the windows can open into a walkway so not very private. The strong smell of artificial fragrance and cleaning products was overpowering in the lobby and common areas. These fragrances can be as irritating to lungs as wildfire or second hand smoke. They made me cough each time I walked into the lobby so we would not stay here again.

Everything was clean, comfortable and in working condition. The front desk staff was always smiling and asking if we needed anything. Will return in the future.

The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything we wanted in town and we were able to walk, even to the Animas river trail.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for train etc. We didn’t rent a car for further trips we ubered.

Elevator was out and no one informed us until we checked in. I'm 64 and had a recent broken knee. We had to carry out luggage up 3 flights of stairs and use those same 3 flights anytime we left and returned. Shame on you!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful with offerings of things to do nearby. I liked laundry included. The room was roomy and comfortable. The bed was excellent. We had to take the stairs because of elevator service but our room was right at the stairwell so no problem.

Very friendly staff! We got back to our room in the evening on Valentines Day to find a very cute goodie bag outside our room for our Daughter with snacks, candy, and little toys from the Hotel staff. We really appreciated the kind gesture. The hot tubs work great and sit on the 4th floor with a nice Mtn.view. They sell Starbucks coffee and although it's from a machine the Chai Latte tasted no different than buying it from Starbucks itself. We loved our stay. We will be back!

Brilliant facilities. Great having own kitchen and balcony. The communal areas were well maintained and presented. Pleasant and friendly staff. Location is great for exploring downtown too. $16 per night parking is a little excessive for paying guests.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Nice room. We were right outside the 3rd floor elevator, above the pool room & it was a bit noisy with families at times but certainly tolerable. We were in an ADA room (didn’t think I requested that) so the configuration was a bit different but okay.
