We have stayed in Durango at many hotels, this was excellent. The best place yet. The staff was great, friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

I would call the Hampton Durango a hidden gem. Top 5 likes were: comfortable bed and bedding, clean room, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and covered, garage parking, a big plus in an area that gets summer hail.

Great location from the train station. Quick walk for restaurants. The bed and pillows were not the greatest at all.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. There was some construction going on and the icemaker on our floor did not work.

We arrived on the hotel's first day of operation, and only a certain number of the rooms were being utilized. Good size room close to downtown. Plenty of free parking under the hotel. Standard Hampton Inn breakfast(not a fan), really needs to be improved. Would recommend eating breakfast in town.

Everything was new, Close to the Train Depot as That was the purpose of our Stay. No Pool or Patio as Advertised.

Breakfast was included and the hotel is close to the main street in Durango but also close to hiking and running trails right out of town. Price was a bit high, but prices in Durango are high. Hotel wasn’t sold out so it seems the prices could come down. We picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool, but there is no pool!?!

Breakfast had a good selection. Hotel is within walking distance of Main Avenue in historic downtown Durango with lots of great coffee shops, a variety of restaurants and fun shopping for all ages.

The employees were very helpful and always in a good mood. Never did they seem annoyed no matter how ridiculous our question was. I would definitely go back. The pool was being worked on, so we were not able to relax there in the evening.
