Check in took 20 minutes and both beds were sagging badly on side closest to the lamp so it was like sleeping on a hill side.

The breakfast was amazing! Everything was hot and fresh. Chef was very attentive and appears to really love his job. The front desk staff were very kind and offered local suggestions on local placea to eat. The room was clean and a/c worked great.

The breakfast was great.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, very clean and well maintained property. The staff was very friendly and helpful even though I checked in after midnight. I’d stay here again.

Good breakfast with a variety of foods. Everyday something different. Potatoes, eggs and different meats. One morning there were tortillas, potatoes, beans, sausage, oatmeal with cranberry or coconut flakes for toppings. Pancakes, bagels, juice and good coffee. Matt the chef is very friendly as were the people at the desk. Room was awesome and very spacious. Quiet and relaxing. We added an extra night. Loved the layout. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Only thing I would change is the remote system for tv. Took me a while to figure it out. If I had read the hotel’s guide book I would have figured it out sooner. You have to impute all 3 numbers.

It was inexpensive and we only stayed one night The Bedspread was really cheap fabric… I ended up going to the store and buying a blanket

By far, the best part of our experience at the Super 8 Durango was breakfast each morning which included a special curated menu that was also cooked and maintained by Chef Matt. There's no question that this was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I'd encountered at any Super 8 or any hotel of this level. Chef Matt was also very friendly and accommodating and clearly seemed to enjoy his job. All things that made it even better than expected! On the negative side, there was one primary issue that kept me from giving a top rating: Parking lot lighting. The light facing the west side of the lot behind the hotel was nearly out, and it was VERY DARK after sunset. Although I didn't feel completely unsafe, it was an issue when it came to navigating the lot both in the car and on foot. Otherwise, the air conditioning was a slight issue, but considering the unseasonable weather, I assume it would have been fine in normal summer conditions. Overall, we had a good stay and would return in the future!

Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Call ahead if you have a trailer for parking instructions if possible as you can't drive around the hotel. Over wonderful stay.
