The breakfast wasn't the best I've had

Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices to start your morning. The location is perfect for road-weary travelers.

The room was generally clean and quite spacious, although we had to deal with a few beetles in the room (August in Durango?). Moreover, the attached balcony was a nice to have, except for the fact that it was very well shaded by trees, resulting in a number of flies congregating in the area. Consequently, we did not want to risk a room full of flies and thus avoided going out on the balcony. For full disclosure, this "fly" issue was certainly not unique to the hotel property; we had to deal with flies at just about every open air restaurant / brewery we visited. The staff was generally very friendly and professional. Our only quibble, upon arrival, we asked for housekeeping after the second night of our (three night) visit. Housekeeping never showed up! The breakfast was consistent with what we've experienced in other Comfort Inn properties; nice and well stocked, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and felt the property provided good value. Would we stay at this property again, if they provide us a good deal, then yes.

Really good family hotel. They have popcorn and cookies thru out the day. Very friendly staff amd breakfast is ok, just have to wake up early for it.

Nice pool nice, good eating area and breakfast. Access is internal (not external) which is preferable. I don’t like room access to the outside.

All staff was beyond helpful and courteous. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom. Bed was comfy, not too soft or hard, and the sheets soft, lots of pillows options. Breakfast was great, many different options of bread, cereal, juice, waffles, and coffee was surprisingly decent. Would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was very clean.

Average room staff was great furniture was dated. The room was not the cleanest a little below par. Room smelt like smoke and it was a non smoking room.

Very nice

The only complaint was breakfast. It was depleted. We arrived at 8. The food was not stocked. All warm food was out, and the waffle maker was out of mix and syrup. There were no dairy products in the fridge except one milk carton and the orange juice came in small refrigerated cups that were partially frozen. Overall A+ on the room, cleanliness, staff, and location, but fail on the breakfast.

Great access just off main highway. Just 1 mile from town. Very comfortable!

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff at the counter and in the breakfast room were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety and was well-stocked. Popcorn, cookies, and water in the lobby were nice extras.
