We booked a suite for the weekend but ended up checking out early. There were millipedes in the bathroom, black mold in the ceiling and constant loud noise all night. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the couch was ripped and torn. When we checked out, they stated a manager would be in at 11 we could speak with regarding a refund for the second night. We called back at 11, no manager, told to call back at 4, no manager, told to call Monday. We kept getting the run around until we expressed how upsetting this was and he said he would push through the refund. There was no reason to lie to us and keep us going in circles. Breakfast was bread & cereal.

Stayed for 2 nights and none of our sheet or towels were washed. Won’t be coming back

Don't fall for the reviews that give this property an excellent rating. You definitely get what you pay for. Continental breakfast was terrible! Staff had no personality at all, we killed two cockroaches in the shower. We had 4 little nugget pillows for a king bed. TV was in 480p, very blurry. On a positive note, the location was perfect.

Ok for the price. Bed was comfy enough.

2. The toilet paper holder was broken. 3. The TV would turn on, but wasn't capable of watching channels. 4. The bathroom faucet wasn't even secured to the vanity. 5. Some sort of growth spots on the bathroom ceiling. 6. Relatively dirty and outdated for a "Deluxe" room.

When we arrived I our room it was nothing like what was pictured. The jacuzzi was not very clean, the air conditioner in the bedroom blew warm/hot air, the lights by the jacuzzi did not initially work and the toilet seat was broken. Additionally the “continental breakfast” was not a continental breakfast at all! It was only bread and thawed frozen waffles. There was only a toaster and microwave as well. Normally a continental breakfast has eggs, sausage, various drinks, pancakes and/or waffles, cereal and oatmeal. Overall, this is my worst hotel experience to date.

Tv and remote was less than operational. T.v also decided to just turn multiple times during normal sleep hours. It was weird. Hair dryer also wanted to catch fire/smoked if trying to use.

I’ll actually go ahead and post a review as it could be important to others. I would not rate this hotel highly. It seems like there’s too many surprises of boilers going out and not enough hot water. I got a room with a Jacuzzi and the first room I got lacked hot water, including the other one on the last night I stayed out of three nights I got a corner Jacuzzi tub where the Jets were not as fast as they should’ve been, and it took forever to fill up the tub getting enough hot water. The hallways also smelled weird and then the suite I booked for the first two nights didn’t have enough jets so it wasn’t the best experience. In the last night in room 255 there were lights that were out and pillows that smelled like cigs. I also had to run professional cleaner through both tubs so make sure you’re prepared when you have little vacations with Jacuzzi tubs as you can’t trust that the piping is clean as some gunk came out of the jets. The worst part is the other suite that I got for one night that pink corner Jacuzzi tub that you may get in room 255 as another option had a hard water film all throughout the tub and the Jets that I had to run cleaner through and scrubbed to clean. Absolutely disgusting so I had to call the health department to do a claim because nobody should be getting away with this. Be prepared that you may wind up getting your money back. This is not a luxury hotel as they advertise it’s a hotel with surprises and unpredictable circumstances with visits.

Stairwell was filthy, hallways are foul smelling, rooms are run down and dirty. Ceiling is moldy. Found a long black hair in my bed. I am blonde. Bring your own toiletries, cause you don’t want to use theirs. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. Stale bread, microwave waffles. No spread, no fruit, no cereal or yoghurt.

Mold on bathroom ceiling. Couch in the room peeling badly. Room not cleaned well. Cheap bed. Front desk person was nice.
