Hotel showers was a little dirty. And shower floor had a crack a in the concrete. Hotel didn’t appear like picture online. It was an older picture of the hotel.

The breakfast was simple and plain. The same breakfast each day. It looked very industrialized with egg servings resembling hockey pucks. It looked like they all came out of the same mold.

Wonderful stay, exceeded our expectations.

We slept 4 in a king size suit. We all got bed bugs, the freezer wouldn’t work. We ask for more towels nobody ever came. I found the person who checked up in to be very disturbing. This was for my friends 40th birthday we stayed there bc we went to the black crows. I am furious over the bed bugs if I had my daughter with us and I would have noticed, I would left immediately. Terrible

The shower in our room needed help. The grout was stained and base was cracked, the shelf was rusty. It looked dirty. The bed was also terribly uncomfortable.

Rooms were very clean. No horrible smells or air freshener perfume smells. Plenty of parking. Elevators were always there and never waited.

Excellent place, excellent staff they take care of all needs. I didn’t like the first room they gave me, it was next to the laundry room and it was noisy in the night, so first thing in the morning I talked to them and they changed the room with no problem.
