The location suited us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony observing other holidaymakers as they walked to the beaches and back again. Everyone appeared relaxed. Lovely view of the sea. Excellent room with door to balcony. Comfortable bed, good shower cubicle. Delicious freshly cooked breakfasts. Friendly and efficient hosts. Cannot fault Breakers!

Very welcoming hosts, lovely and absolutely spotless room. Excellent breakfast freshly made with lots of choice. Great hospitality tray in the room.

The room was beautifully decorated; the bed was very comfortable; every detail had been covered; the hosts were cheerful and helpful; the breakfast was splendid. Nothing.

The location was ideal, the accommodation was clean & comfortable, & the host was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Very convenient location. Balcony was nice and the terrace on the floor below would be even better. Nice size property with seperate tables at breakfast but the opportunity to chat to other guests. Hosts were helpful. Parking can be very difficult. Drop off/pick up at the front is allowed, however (not parking).

Superb place to stay, excellent location for exploring Eastbourne and beyond, run by people who clearly care. Breakfast was lovely and overall excellent value for money

Excellent breakfast and location Nothing everything was perfect

Exceptional room and amenities, delicious breakfast, great location and fantastic hosts. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean, in an ideal location close to the prom, pier, beach and town centre. The room was spacious, had everything you could need, such as a fan, blanket, extra pillows and heating, tea/coffee making facilities, replenished every day! Charging sockets, hairdryer, plenty of hangers, bathroom products and towels. Sockets ideally placed by mirrors, dressing table and drawers. Our hosts, were very accommodating when we contacted them to let them know of our late arrival due to traffic. They provided a warm welcome and great hospitality throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a choice of juice, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast and cooked meal. Tea & filtered coffee. Nothing at all to complain about regarding the B&B itself. Parking can potentially be an issue nearby during busy times, however there are ample car parking spaces along the seafront and a car park only a short walk. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but just a point to be mindful of during peak season.

Wow we had such a great stay Mark was a great host and kept us informed with everything going on around Eastbourne we had a lovely balcony with a sea view very clean and comfy bed breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice location was great would definitely recommend and go back Thank you for a great time
