Good location near seafront, town and the pier. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Value for money. Struggled to get hot water running in shower. Bathroom and corridors a bit crampt.

Great location near shops and beach. Breakfast was good and cheap. Evening entertainment was great. Hotel was a bit tired and shower was poor pressure. Had a top floor back room and think pigeons had got in the roof as could hear them nearly all night and day.

We tried this Hotel because it is so near to the Bandstand that we like to visit for the Tribute Acts. We enjoyed our stay at Haddon Hall, it was clean and the staff were very friendly. We will return. The only thing was our small bedroom had the washbasin in the bedroom, I would have preferred it to be in the bathroom. I will check whether all the standard twin rooms are the same.

Meals were excellent but I think maybe the drinks could have been served after we sat down. My tea was fine as I take little milk but others having coffee were disappointed. Is hot water put in the teapot and jugs and swirled round just before putting in tea and coffee. This makes a difference. Every meal was excellent, hot and beautifully presented, and varied. See above.

Lovely staff and much more modern room than expected given the age of the building. Quite old-fashioned in operation (not a problem - just a bit different). Seemed to cater mostly to the older folk, but no complaints at all from me.
