Location was great. Accesability was okay but I did like the fact they cater for disabled customers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were just amazing. The room was comfortable. Steps into the property and down into the restaurant was a challenge

Location and plenty of space in the hotel The rooms are very hot, although they’re not in control of the weather and TV didn’t work in the room, fan blew out dust!

A very enjoyable stay. Some elements of the hotel are a little dated. Excellent on cleanliness, good location and friendly staff. Good food. On street parking nearby with permit from reception. Tea/ hot water could be brought to table on arrival at breakfast.

as we came in the lady at the desk seemed like she was on drugs and when we said we wanted to check in she just started laughing it was so weird

Traditional hotel. Old charm … we had the apartment!!! So spacious with huge bedroom then another huge living room with extra beds and a fully functional kitchen!!! Entertainment wise,,, downstairs was a great singer and nice to see the older generation still getting up to party. Staff friendly too. There is no parking! We were lucky a place became available right outside .. cheap for hotel residents though.

It was convenient. Very clean, staff was Friendly The room was very very hot. The window opened 3 inches I felt luke i was in a sauna.

I liked everything. The room was spacious with a large fan which was great in the hot weather. Bedding, towels etc were all spotless. Very spacious shower. Three bars and one with bingo and music. All the staff were lovely and the whole hotel had a very friendly vibe. Thanks to everyone. There were no negatives
