The bed was comfortable Room to small, no air conditioning only one fan per room and toilet to close to the wall at the side also for people who shave the sink is not practical. Expensive for what it is, have had a lot better for a lot less.

Awesome location Fabulous room… possibly the best three nights of sleep I’ve had in years The staff were all excellent… friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond. An absolute credit to their employers I’m not the most agile but I did cope with the numerous short flights of stairs. The whole experience was worth doing it though

Good 'contemporary' alternative to Eastbourne's array of more dated places, with friendly staff, nice rooms and decent facilities. No lift: made lugging a full suitcase up endless steep stairs to the top floor very hard work!

The hotel was very clean and the room was beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly. Location is ideal, beachfront and close to town centre. We stayed in a room on the top floor and it was extremely hot. Even when the temperature dropped outside and we opened the window, there was no airflow to cool the room down. They do provide a fan, but might need more than one on hot days.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom spacious with a well proportioned walk in shower. The furnishings and general design well thought and pleasing to the eye. Our room was the one in the photo. 90 steps, no elevator. Top floor makes it warm in hot weather Whilst the view on the bay is great, the payback is the street noise.

Beautifully decorated and very stylish. Gentleman manager was excellent. Very clean hotel. No air conditioning. We were on the 5th floor and it was boiling. Parking outside hotel was impossible! Very misleading. Had to use multi storey car park miles away which cost 10 to 14 pounds a day. Also, female employee on the desk could do with learning some customer service skills!
