Stayed many times nice and clean

Nothing, I paid it but when I saw the room I decided not to stay there. They charged over 500 for a service I did not receive. I rented a room with a sofa, but I was given a dirty room without a sofa. I requested to cancel my reservation, but they refused, and I was charged over $500 for a service I did not receive.

One of the lowest hotels I've ever stayed at. Would not recommend.

Passable

The manager changed our booking before our arrival and they didn’t have space for our family. The room they had for us was run down and old and dilapidated. Would not stay or recommend staying.

My room was canceled without notice, and when I arrived at the property, I was told my room was not available and that the hotel was fully booked. Nothing could be done to accommodate me.

We found cockroaches in the room.

Overall everything was very good. You can tell that they are really trying to get the property in order. Still work to be done but definitely moving in the right direction.

The jacuzzi wasn’t working in our room nor the community one they’ve been down for awhile yet this hotel still charges extra for these rooms I find that absolutely disgusting you shouldn’t charge more for an amenity that doesn’t work/hasnt for some time

Place was okay. Not bad for a quick trip! Room was clean and comfy bed.

The place needs a washer and dryer and a new waffle iron the one they had there was broken. And our floor in our room was dirty. Staff was very friendly.

The only positive thing I can say, is that the young lady that checked us out was very polite The room was dirty, the bathroom had mold on it, hair of other people was found around the floor, could not seat on the sofa it was dirty and smell like smoke, the bed was very old and had dust behind it. My daughter’s room was worse, the floor had holes, garbage was left in garbage cans, the room was also dirty! Not a good place to stay.

Everything’s broke or doesn’t work.

As soon as we walked in, the room had a foul smell and everything looked dirty. The bathroom tub was very very oxidized. I had to put a towel in the bathtub in order to be able to take a quick shower. We had to go out of our way to clean the room because housekeeping would only come on check out day. We had two babies with us and their health was concerning to us because of this unsanitary place. There were no other rooms available nor hotels nearby. We paid $500 for the 4 nights we stayed there. I don't believe it was worth that money as the place was very unsanitary and disgusting. Never ever staying here again.

Floor wasn’t cleaned in my room before check in, it was dirty and had stains. the hotel is also is in a sketchy area . Definitely it worth what I paid for.

Bring your own towels make sure you tell them you want your room, clean and have fun no matter where you go :)
