Northgate Motel

Honestly you get what you pay for. There was a small dried up roach on the restroom floor. Dead bed bugs outside the room of our neighbor. Towels are poor quality and small. Bed has holes from cigarette burns, white sheets had many stains. Transient living or renting next door to us with sketchy people coming and going. It’s not a good place for a long stay. If you’re passing by it’s fine for a night or two. I definitely did not get room service, by choice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and price was good. Only negative was the neighborhood. Too many sketchy characters roaming around.

It's a spartan room. The hair dryer died a smokey death. What I did notice is the floors. Out of the shower and walking around the room barefoot the bottoms of my feet got incredibly dirty. Killed 1 roach.

We couldn't get 2 extra towels and other guests were loud.

Extremely clean. Very quaint. Staff was present and very cool. I liked everything about this exceptionally clean and quiet hotel.

The hotel staff was welcoming and made continuous efforts to assist us throughout our stay. However, several cleanliness and maintenance issues impacted our experience. Due to a plumbing problem in our reserved two-bed room, we were reassigned to a single-bed room upon arrival. In the room, the blanket had visible holes and stains, and both my spouse and I experienced skin irritation after resting on the bed. General maintenance appeared lacking, as evidenced by mismatched light bulb color temperatures on the nightstand lamps. While the room rates are budget-friendly, the overall quality of the stay corresponds directly to the lower price point.

We can't leave a good review, as we booked the "last available" room and to our surprise no availability upon arrival. Even with confirmation in hand. So Booo!

To expensive for an old out of date motel. They had small shampoo bottles ( minis) and cheap motel bar soap (mini). Staff was good to us. I asked for a downstairs room and they provided that.

Came into the rooms with dirty sheets that smelled like pee which covered half of the bed.

Door was in disrepair. poor parking. no internet connection.

Well,room was so so clean . Had a bug problem roaches in the bathroom . Seen a few in sleeping area.
