Location, comfort The floor was filthy. Smelled liked it had been cleaned with a dirty mop. My feet were black walking from the bed to the bathroom.

The room had a strong tobacco smoke smell and other unpleasant odors. The smell was noticeable as soon as I entered the room and made my stay uncomfortable. I expected a clean, fresh-smelling room and was disappointed with the condition.

Room was clean and updated, checkin and check out was easy, staff was nice, breakfast area was small but was ok. Restaurants and stores are close by. Water Conservation Garden and Heritage of the Americas Museum were close by. Online the property looks nicer but overall our stay was pleasant.

The rooms were not clean, mats were bad. Staff was not cooperative in assigning room. Breakfast was laughable, just milk, cereal, bread and muffins. Serving plates and bowls were really thin , made of cheap quality.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak. I arrived late so I had to park a little further than I was hoping for from my room. Other than that, everything was good

Nothing Well, I normally don't have any complaints but this visit the floor in our room was so filthy that my feet were black like the tar in the parking lot.!!! All the other times I stayed never had a problem. Rm 221 MOP THAT FLOOR!!!

The room was clean for the most part. There were a few sticky spots on the carpet and some food that didn’t get vacuumed up. It is also pretty loud from traffic and the freeway being close.
