lovely place to stay. Would reccomend anytime

The Bad: Room was tiny and had cockroaches in the bath tub. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. TV was real small, but so was the room so I guess it fit. Ice machine was empty half the time. The Ugly: Hotel was full of sketchy, dangerous looking guests. Not a safe place at all.

You have a few customers who think because they live here in the hotel which it is a hotel not an apartment complex they act like they own the place. They treat other hotel guests like they’re garbage and they’re horrible and they make your visit miserable, but they keep getting away with it. I’m getting to the point where this will probably be closer to last time ever staying here.

Sketchy area and the rooms were very dirty.

There was roaches and the check in time was 3pm but our room wasn’t even ready til an hour after and the staff wasn’t very helpful at all will never be staying here again

We had a bad experience wen we opened the door to our room there was a man inside so I had to request a new room but still didn’t really feel safe because the staff didn’t have the man removed from the premises

Nothing So much noises; people cursing, using profanities and very loud; dogs barking all nights. I spent 13 hours traveling and I never close my eyes once because of the noise. I wanted to checkout at 1 am but I had to wait until 10 am to vacate. I left with a huge headache. People are so inconsiderate

I decided to go to another place close to San Diego, so I went to the reception and ask to make the check out, the recepcionist just said drop your keys there, she didnt even asked why I was checking out just 30 minutes after arrived. The cost of the reservation its very very high for you get. Never go to this place.

Lots of tweakers and residents. Rooms smelt like cigarettes

The property felt unsafe with residents hanging out late at night in front for their units and many less fortunate individuals staying at property long term. The property was in poor and unclean condition. The GFI in bath did not work. Poop was on the floor of bathroom. Mattresses had not been replaced in many years. Pool out of order & not open. Would not stay here even though price was cheap.

Worse bed ever you can feel the springs every time you move and too noisy kids running on hallways screaming
