Hampton Inn & Suites El Cajon San Diego

Didn't have to pay for parking because it was a shared lot with an In n Out. Which has it's pros and cons

The hotel is very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning rocked Breakfast was adequate. The only major problem, and the staff knows it, is the parking. The In-N-Out Burger makes parking in the evenings on Fridays and Saturdays very difficult. They do have a small problem with pan handlers in the parking lot also but overall it’s a very nice day.

$400 a night with noisy street and in and out next door and view of cell phone tower

Call little spot to stay in had an issue with the air conditioner maintenance guy fixed it in 10 minutes. I’d stay here again staff for friendly and attentive. My family and I enjoyed the stay.

liked the location. It was convenient and made it easy to get around. The bathrooms are in poor condition and could use some renovations and better maintenance.

Room was ok, but not as new looking or as clean as in the hotel pictures. Breakfast had limited options and was not impressed. Recommend a different Hampton Inn location if possible.

There’s a mini concession downstairs by the front counter if you need snacks or drinks. Breakfast is pretty good here. It’s very quiet and clean at this location.

I wish the property had dorm size fridges at minmum instead of only mini-fridges

Dogs allowed, close to shopping & restaurants.

THE PARKING

Very centrally located and very good amenities.

Clean rooms lots of space in room. Staff was super helpful with parking issues. Parking was insane! It is right next to In and Out burger so the line blocks parking and the actual parking lot is shared with the surrounding businesses. Very very busy.

The room was clean and inviting. The we staff was helpful and accomodating with the rooms. Breeakfast was good with variius choices. The air conditioning was excellent!
