Hotel room wasn't what we booked, other room was runned down and smelled bad

I stayed here Aug 1, 2026. Bathroom tub super old and chipping. There were roaches in cabinets and once i saw them had to leave as i had my family with me. Front desk applogized and said would get refund but once i came down to ask for refund rather than process it told me i had to go thru expedia which of course was another process. Stay away!!

The jacuzzi was broken, the door was broken, our key card didn’t work, and the main office was closed. We had to go to another office across the property just to get assistance. The only decent things about our stay were the strong water pressure in the shower and the AC.

There were roaches in the restroom!!!!

Cockroaches!!!!!!! Paint peeling in the bathtub, faucet broken, disgusting floors, bed sinks into metal, took 40 minutes to get the tv reset to work, hot tub out of order, terrible breakfast, sheets for “blankets”, strange scratch marks ground into the floor, door wouldn’t shut- took 3 people slamming into the door to shut it. Awful awful experience!

The staff was friendly. COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES!!! I stopped counting at 5! There was even one inside the fridge! The TV didn’t work. It wouldn’t go off. Couldn’t mute it.

Its was okay. Was nervous to go number 2 the water was slow to go down.

It is a dirty glorified motel.

Not clean, found roaches and earwigs. Could not sleep properly for two nights because the TV was loud in the adjacent room for the entire night. Contacted front desk multiple times but no resolution, Room did not have table and chairs as shown in photos. Waffle maker was out of service. In nutshell it was horrible stay with family.

I don’t recommend the room were not clean the smell of cigarettes on sheets the tub definitely not in good condition cockroaches and dog hair on bed

Dirty room with roaches. Shower had a million coats of paint which made it sticky. Tub and toilet had years of stains. Random door that leads to another room that you can't lock. Front door gets jammed so you have to body slam it to get into your room. Sliding door that leads to open grass with overgrown weeds where you have access to other people's doors. The wifi didn't work and I had to use my phone's Hotspot to watch the TV. The only thing that worked properly was the A/C and the bed was comfortable. Pet friendly. Staff was great and very helpful.
