very accessible to almost everything, city hall, church, restaurants, shops. room - nice, clean, and beddings are clean i cannot open the door in the balcony (anybody can see what is inside) since they gave me the second floor. maybe i should be gotten the upper floor. but just the same the room is ok

the room is clean, located in town center, the breakfast is delicious. no elevator.

Bathroom was very dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Water from shower smelt like sewerage. Mould was found on pillow and bed sheets looked as if they hadn't been washed, I felt itchy after sleeping in them. Floor tiles were cracked in room, felt unsafe. Disappointing window view of another building across the road, and aircon was very noisy. WIFI barely worked in my room. Definitely not worth the price you pay for this hotel.

Great location… away from loud noises. They have water dispensers on every floor. Theres no lift in this facility but staff are really helpful to help you with your luggage. Looks a bit older than the photos but very clean. The aircon blades was broken and we had the cool air straight on our head and couldn’t move the blades to guide the cool air away from us. Otherwise no issues :)

Location was good Everything else it was really, really dirty!! And the AC was not working. It was hot and wet in the room.

Located in El Nido city centre. 5 mins walk to the beach, restaurants around the corner. Friendly and helpful staff, few breakfast options to choose from, however not the best of taste. Room is of decent size No elevator in the hotel, not a problem to us, probably will be to the elderly. No view from the room. Room is a little too basic for the price paid.

Our room was on the 4th floor so there was a lot of stair climbing. No elevator. Got assistance with our bags on arrival though.

Location close to everything in the town, nice views from the upper floor room that I had, mattresses and bedding were the best I had in Philippines, quilts instead of just a sheet. Decent shower pressure. Staff were quick to fix inoperative hot water. Price seemed a bit too high for what you got, rooms definitely a lot rougher than the photos would suggest. Breakfast very basic. EFTPOS was broken.

The hotel didn't have any working POS terminal, and I needed to withdraw money from ATM to pay for my room, which, in the end, made the room more expensive as 300PHP surcharge. The room was full of mosquitos, and the breakfast was really basic. The stuff was really not smiling and felt not very welcoming.
