The hotel is very clean, spotless from the entrance up to our rooms. Close to the stores and beach. Since it’s close to the stores, by downtown, quite noisy outside especially at night if people are out on the street.

Great location. Beautiful sixth floor deck overlooking the harbor. One of the best views in town. Attentive, friendly and helpful staff

A/C NOT cold. Front desk and lobby staff not very attentive or welcoming. No telephone in the room so everytime you need something you need to go down the elevator to the front desk and ask in person...at least setup WhatsApp chat for requests.

Our room was ok, but the other couple in our group had issues with the AC, and breakfast was just average...

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with wonderful view of the bay from the rooftop restaurant. Hotel prices for booking island hopping excursions and renting scooters was very competitive and more reliable than booking with street vendors. Overall, good experience. Probably the only negative is the rooms are very small. With the bed, clothes cabinet, desk and TV table, there was very little room to move about.

This is a comfortable hotel which meets all travellers needs and is great value for money. The room was spacious and everything worked properly. The pool was a nice feature but the stand out advantage is the 6th floor dining room with great views, especially of the sunset. It is a great place to enjoy breakfast, which was generous and the menu changed every day. The staff were friendly, efficient and obliging. It is well located near everything. Highly recommended. You need to balance the convenenience of bening in the heart of town against the noise and bussle. If you want calm and quiet head out of town. It can be noisy, especially on Saturday night: El Nido is a party town. The pool water was very warm and the air conditioner was fairly noisy, but these are minor issues.

The location, facilities and staff were faultless. Having breakfast on the rooftop balcony was a lovely and relaxing way to start the day. Loved the effort the staff went to make your stay enjoyable. They helped organize a tricycle (sidecar taxi) for my 5.30am ride to the airport for early morning flight. Were also quick to organize a scooter I hired to drive to one of the beaches for the day. Everything was fine. There was a slight problem where I had to move rooms due to a suspected water leak, but it got resolved.

Cleanliness of the room and property , kind and approachable staff The limited variants of breakfast , the food was great but need to focus on the ways to improve brakfast variants . The cable tv was a bit off because of signal.

Staff was nice, perfect location, close to everything. Breakfast was the best we had in the Philippines with the perfect view on the sixth floor. Room was clean. Highly recommended

It is impossible to let enter friends in the hotel.. even for few hours… annoying

Lovely hotel, comfy, clean and great location.

Great location. Many restaurants near by and day tours depart from a block away. The beach close by is not ideal for swimming since boats are parking and departing. However, other beaches are accessible via tuktuk. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. Even with a festival happening we slept with no issue, good noise cancellation.

Great location right in the middle of town. Staff is great. Rooftop Breakfast is awesome. The property is great but you are in the center of town so it’s noisy all night and early morning.
