The hotel is amazing, service is top notch! Sasha was friendly, helpful, informative and funny. The location is just great, right next to the lift - food was great as well. My friends and I enjoyed the stay and would totally recommend it for others

Room was excellent, very comfortable, great bathroom. Window overlooked the piste. 2 minute walk to the lifts. Sasha and Pascal were brilliant hosts, helpful and friendly. Only one negative, the food was awful. Breakfast was a minimalist choice buffet but ok, dinner was dreadful.

The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere, with excellent breakfasts and an incredible location. However, the standout feature of the hotel is Pascal, who goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction with his exceptional kindness and dedication.

Fantastic location to the first ski lift and central for all Apres and bars, restaurants. Hospitality were fantastic. Sasha and his wife are amazing and helpful for everything you need. Location

But maybe more importantly the family (and the rest of the staff) that runs the hotel, are some of the nicest people I've met in a while. Always there for you, always helpful and they do it with a smile. I would definitely stay there again.

Service was brilliant. Although there was a language barrier with most staff (as we are English), they tried to assist. But... The main guy was just brilliant (Franck)! He was so helpful and was very keen to look after us and help us enjoy our stay at Hotel Mirtil. Very attentive to our needs, mostly available and saw us out with breakfast for our early morning departure. Room was good enough for family of 4, easily accessible with lift or stairs, clean, good location and fed well as part of our package. Spot on for a 3*! Bit noisy at night with clubbers leaving various places but this wasn't all the time and not in their control. Heating was very warm at night (great not to be cold though) and they were very considerate and adjusted it at night and warmer during day etc. But just being picky with this!

Service is good, managers are very professional, loyal and English-speaking. Rooms are good and cozy, hating is good, however, walls were too thin, we heard all our neighbors' sounds. Tasty breakfast, perfect pastry and coffee. As a wish - to add fresh vegetables. Ski lifts in 150-200 meters. Good location Poor sound insulation, lack of fresh vegetables, it would be better to move the towel shelf in the bathroom because now it is located in the place where it's possible to hit the head
