The hotel was exceptional , great value for money , I loved our suit which had a shared pool and another separate pool. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and the view was amazing, overlooking the beach. The hotel staff was always available, attentive, friendly and quick to respond. Our room was very clean. Special thanks to vasileois, the hotel concierge for his warm welcome , friendliness, professionalism, always happy to help , always jovial. The pool was too cold

Location of this property is excellent: it is only a few steps from the beach. There are two excellent restaurants on the beach. Our suite was clean and comfortable even though a little outdated (some people say their rooms were modern, ours was not, but it wasn’t a big deal). There was a little kitchen with mini refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker. They made sure we had bottles of water in the fridge every day. The mini pool was kids favorite feature: they spent hours in it. The views from our rooms were incredible. Breakfast was excellent: pastries, salads, fruits, cereals, coffee to order, crepes and egg dishes also to order. They provide free shuttle to town 3 times a day. They also provide airport transfer, which is not free but punctual and efficient. The staff is also very attentive. In fact, they set up a chat in WhatsApp upon our arrival, and all questions and concerns got handled very quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and could not recommend them enough.

An amazing stay with breathtaking views of Elia Beach. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to the stunning sea view was the highlight of our stay. Nothing significant. We would have loved to stay longer.

We loved the property so much! It was beautiful, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff were very helpful. The use of the Whatsapp is brilliant! All the drivers were great also and were very safe drivers when picking us up. The beach was gorgeous and the staff working the beach each day did an amazing job. There were only two and they did a great job taking care of us all! The beds and amenities in the room were awesome. The restaurant did a good job too! Nothing other than the uber/taxi drivers take advantage of you when you are needing a ride to little Venice and different places. The shuttle times are not very convenient which was difficult.

Good location The worst nightmare of an accommodation. Couldn’t make a worse decision for my honeymoon stay: - Suprise costs ( 15 euro/night accommodation fee) - Dirty pool (lost first day of swimming) - No blanket (yes, they forgot to put a blanket on a bed!!, it was in the wardrobe, we didn’t know that) - Closing of water jets at most times of day (I’m paying premium for the stay and you want to save energy costs on my account?) - Room service not available through website in the middle of the day ( I tried to order at 5pm and it says not available) - dirty furniture (extremely aged cabinets) - Shower head at head level not available - Lack of basic bathroom amenities (toothbrush, bath robe) - No convenient placement of electric socket beside the bed for phone charging - Bed lamps were disconnected ( I had to move the bed cabinets and connect them myself) - Old, dirty, uncleaned, weak air conditioners Overall rating: 1/5 Very disappointed AVOID AT ALL COSTS
